DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!!! Our experience with Blanco & Arias Law Offices has been highly disappointing. Initially, we reached out to them with the belief that Robert Arias was a truthful and honest lawyer. However, our interactions with him and the firm have been nothing short of a headache and have given us the run-around. Our initial hope for Blanco & Arias Law Offices turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. We reached out to them after my Father's terrible accident, seeking assistance from Robert Arias. My father was involved in an accident that left him with some minor injuries, leading him to seek therapy, physical therapy, and frequent chiropractor visits for his recovery. Additionally, the incident has had an impact on his diabetes, causing it to act up due to the stress and scare he experienced. I explained all of this to Robert Arias. However, communication has been a major issue throughout our entire engagement. Robert Arias consistently failed to return our calls, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated. Additionally, updates on our case were scarce, and it seemed as though they didn't care to keep us informed. The first initial contact with Robert indicated that he'd follow up. It took us reaching out 4 months after to even hear an update and another 2 1/2 months after that to even get him to have a conversation with my Father. The most significant issue we faced was the lack of communication, honesty and responsiveness. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for correspondence made us question the authenticity of their services. Let me tell you why... Our interactions with Christina, the paralegal, appeared professional at first, however, her later actions showed otherwise, adding to our disappointment. She constantly ignored calls, ignored texts and indicated that she'd show up to the body shop on multiple times to guide us into the process -- She never did. When I initially expressed my concerns to Robert about the issues I faced with Christina's unprofessionalism, clearly detailing the problems I encountered during our interactions for my Father's case, he never once took initiative to resolve them. The paralegal also indicated that if I were to take my Father's case to another firm or seek representation elsewhere, they would assert a lien on it. This means that they would claim a legal right to a portion of any settlement or compensation my Father might have received in the future as a way to protect their interests and the work they have already invested in my Fathers case. When I brought this issue up to Robert Arias, he indicated that "he was not aware of her saying that." Despite sharing my worries, Robert failed to take control of the situation and address the issues adequately, leaving my Father and I feeling unheard and disappointed. Believe the previous bad reviews because I must express my concern regarding this company's claims of "helping people make millions of dollars." Taking legal action is not solely about receiving monetary compensation; it's equally about standing up for the principle behind the action. I strongly advise against seeking their services, as they seem to fall short in their commitments and professionalism. After closely examining their services, I find it hard to believe that they can deliver on such promises. It's essential to exercise caution and thoroughly research this law firm before committing to it. Another note is that the receptionists also appeared oblivious to their responsibilities, adding to the overall inefficiency and constantly leaving my Father and I on hold. It seems like they'll just hire anyone without qualifications. If you're looking for competent and reliable legal assistance, it's best to explore other options. This place is not it! I DO NOT recommend them.
