While they didn't have the capacity to take on my case at the time, they went above and beyond to set me up with representation at another firm. Update 11/19: After my review, both Matt and his partner Nick reached out to me to apologize for the drop in communication. Nick spoke to me and reviewed my situation and we talked through my concerns with what transpired. I appreciate them both reaching out to apologize and still being willing to talk through what transpired with my employer. ----------------------------- Sadly disappointed with the lack of communication from this firm. I completed their online request form on 10/23 and received a call on 10/24 to go over my situation. Since it was Friday, they said they would get back to me early the following week. Monday passes, then Tuesday without a call so I called on Wednesday, 10/29 to see what was going on since I was on a time crunch with my employer to resign and wasn't sure if I had a case. They said they would get back to me the following day, two days max. I never heard back and called first thing on Monday, 11/3 to see what to do since I was put under pressure by my employer to submit my resignation. They said they'd get back to me asap and here we are on 11/11 and no one's followed up with me and my hands were tied so I had to resign. Super unfortunate this office could not respond, even if they were too busy to take on my situation, they could have been forthcoming and said so or referred me somewhere else. I really just wanted some guidance and to understand the law vs what I was being told by my HR department. Hopefully others don't have the same experience since there are many positive reviews of this office...
