Ben is an exceptionally effective, warm, and careful advocate. He managed a number of challenging aspects of a family trust for me ranging from power of attorney changes, properties, evictions, complex sibling relations, and a very very senior head of family. He gets things accomplished, and is very calm and capable under pressure. He also has a great way of explaining the law which is often really hard to parse. Ben's referrals to other professionals were also spot on: they were equally kind and ethical people. In sum, I'm so grateful when a lawyer in my community retired, that she recommended Ben.
