I'm not usually one to write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to do so. I've been dealing with chronic upper back pain for a few years now, and I finally decided to seek help. I started physical therapy at another place, and although the staff was friendly, it didn't feel like the right fit for me I was looking for a more personal approach to address my specific issues. That's when I decided to take a chance and came to PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine and I'm so glad I did. Not only is the facility great, but everyone is extremely friendly and professional, from the front desk to the therapists. I've been working with Shawn, who is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I truly believe that with his help, I will get better. I also had the pleasure of working with Nicole once, and she too is incredibly personable and skilled. It's more than just physical therapy every time I walk through the door, I know I'm receiving top-tier treatment. This has become an essential part of my self-care and something that will benefit me for years to come. I highly, highly recommend this amazing business!

Second time going to Physical Therapy and I am beyond impressed. The staff is awesome. Starting at the front desk, Destyn is so sweet & helpful, Steve is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable and Zoe and the other techs are also equally as lovely. Maybe they'll get me to start working out? lol Highly recommend and grateful for the recommendation from Dr. French

The best PT ever! They are professional and give the time each patient requires to improve. Very easy to schedule and a very positive environment with an A+ team from the front desk, support staff to all the therapists!

They do not answer the phone. They do not have voicemail setup where clients can leave messages nor do they provide email communications options. I spent over two hours earlier today trying to communicate with them earlier today after receiving referral approval from my Doctor. If you are in need of physical therapy it would be best to avoid this group as they do not follow up with clients & the experience will leave you frustrated.
