If you want to feel robbed and betrayed by your attorney, this is the firm you go to. You would think accident attorneys would have a better interest for their clients and their well being but clearly they just care about how they can make more money...not for you and your expenses for what you may have had to endure, but for THEMSELVES. There are honest and kind and caring attorneys and this place is not it! Make sure you read the contracts they make you sign before you find yourself very disappointed at how badly they take advantage of you. So much for having your clients best interests at heart. terrible decision dont ever come to these people very unprofessional the lawyer was yelling at my grandmother, and on top of that i had to send him video proof of my accident, after that i got an email saying they couldn't represent me anymore. come to find out the lawyer didnt even know what car i was driving. i called him today and he was saying i was driving vehicles that i was not driving, first he thought i was the truck at the stop sign that hit me. when that was the person who im even having the claim against. then after i brought it to his attention that he got the vehicles mixed up and i was not in that vehicle. he said give him a second he will review the video again and call me back, and when he did he accused me of being in a whole nother vehicle the second time that had nothing to do with the accident at all. very unprofessional a joke. mind you one of his representatives arcelli or whatever her name is came inside my home and got all photo proof evidence for my case and even the car i was driving she literally walked out into my driveway to take pictures of the damages on the vehicle so for The lawyer to be confused on what car i was driving is just utterly ridiculous

They were personable people but to be honest they did very little to nothing for me when it mattered. I was in an accident that wasn't my fault, they got the other insurance to cover full liability (which is how they get paid.) but in terms of getting my bike fixed they offered nothing. I couldn't work for 3 months, due to a broken wrist and got no compensation during this time either. It felt like once they used my accident to make money they weren't concerned with helping me. At the end of the day my insurance covered my expenses. Maybe it's just this industry and not Don Lake's team specifically but regardless I felt used.

I was involved in a major read end accident ( first time ever! ) in December. So grateful for Attorney Don Lake and his staff! Made my whole experience great! Answered all my questions ans concerns. Such a smooth ride till the end! Totally Recommend this firm!
