Ratto Law Firm

A disgustingly incompetent and uncommunicative attorney. I complained to Ratto itself about my Attorney M. Lamb but nobody seemed to act upon my concerns. From the gate, they stated "we cannot answer all of your questions" which is understandable but none, i repeat NONE of my questions were ever answered. Phone calls are pointless because my attorney nor his case manager never answer, nevermind returning voicemails. 4/5 emails would get no reply whatsoever ever and the one that would had "I'll forward this to Mr Lamb" as its reply. I heard from him before i signed on with Ratto when he explained their fees and never heard from him again until after i told him i found new representation. He replied, not to my email, but one forwarded from his case manager stating "you will not find better representation than us" Ive had a new attorney for almost 3 weeks and they have gone head and shoulders above what Ratto Law and their assigned attorney did for me. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM!!!

From the first consult with Mr. Spencer, I felt confident and comfortable. He did a great job of explaining the process, he gave me my different options and gave me expectations of each scenario. I felt that I was in control of my decisions but had a great advocate in Mr. Spencer who gave me sound guidance. I believe that if I had not had Ratto Law I would of spend many hours preparing items, researching my case and in the end I would not of received the outcome that I did. Throughout this process, I always felt that the firm worked for my best interests and Juan definitely gained my trust. Overall, I was very content with the outcome of my case and it was much better than what I could do by myself. The Ratto people were professional, I would highly recommend them to others and I would Mr. Spencer and Ratto Law again in the future!

Being injured at work is really made me feel like the people around me didn't really care about my well-being, since I was injured due to someone else's negligence. Then when I first looked for assistance from my employer I was not heard, and told to wait and see if I feel better. Ratto Law not only listened to me but made me feel cared about. Their work ethic is very professional, they kept me in the loop the entire time they worked on my case. If I ever know anyone that has to go through this I'm going to send them to Ratto law first thing.

Terrible law firm, stay away , rude & totallly not the place to go for your workers comp or any other needs,

Mr Kreft and Maria his paralegal were always available to answer any questions pertaining to my case. They were responsive and professional. In my opinion, They are the best one two team in the business. I highly recommend Ratto Law for a work related injury case. They are the best.
