Mr. Thiel showed a great understanding of my situation and laid out a time frame and the best possible outcome. He kept an open channel of communication which helped me remain patient throughout the process. Mark is absolutely a life saver. I can't thank him enough for all that he has done for my case and for me as an individual. Super disappointed in the service , trying to get a call from mark theil or his secretary is so disappointing . Couldn't get not even a call back or schedule a consultation. I even went on the website and tried to set up and online consultation. No answer back from mark or his secretly .even though I heard great things about mark couldn't f get a call back or appointment. Hope you guys have a better experience than I did .
