One of the worse mistakes I've ever made! One would think, since they have a ton of negative reviews on multiple sites, (that I wish I would have seen before I utilize their services.) But you'd think the negative experience reviews from their clients, they would take what said into consideration and attempt to improve their attorney/client reputation. But no way, they know the WC system favor employers and so do they! The firm lead attorney (John Gonzalez,)is a jerk. He has talked to me so disrespectfully. The way he talked to me you would think I bother them but nope I do not bother those people unless I really really need an answer to a question, and when I reached out to ask a question, he talked to so bad, like I was a party on the defense/employer side. I have never in my life experienced a law firm or an attorney as bad as Central Valley Workers Comp law firm. The communication is damn near non-existing! In my experience I've come to believe they do not care about clients, they hardly return my phone calls, they do not like answering my questions, they gave me attitude the times I've gone to their office, and the attorney who represents me has changed 3 times in the 3 YEARS they've been representing me.

If you are calling to get any information on workmen's comp lawyer/attorneys this is not the place to call. I can't believe they are in business with how the treat people the receptionist was nice I'll say that but the attorney I spoke with was so rude and very aggressive I will never call Central Valley injured nor will I refer them to any friends or family. By all the bad reviews on multiple sites I would of thought just maybe they cleaned up their business but no they haven't please don't call this company find someone else who will actually care about your well being and not make you feel belittled!

Can't get them to return any phone call. Been trying since July of 2018 to get some answers to a settlement claim and they won't return any phone calls. I have wrote letters to try and get some answers and their response is nothing I am asking about. They diffently don't work for the clients.

No customer service at all. Will not return calls regarding a settlement offer.ive called, walked in, left messages to no avail. I'm very disappointed.

The best attorney I had a case back in 2001 they help me so much with everything My case went to court and he help me a lot we won we got life time medical and the judge gave me some money it was the best help I ever had for an attorney I really highly recommend every time the ask me for a attorney I recommend Mr Gonzalez I seen that has bad reviews but are they always help me with everything The will respond always send me letters if I got a question they will respond by letter I will recommend to everybody the has a problem with a Those bad company they don't want to take care of the employees when we had an accident or a problem .
