I'm very satisfied with my experience with this firm. From the beginning, the team was responsive and efficient in setting up my doctor appointments. They were a great company to go with that definitely jumped on my case quickly and had me going to physical therapy right away and showed me that I did matter to them.

I can't say enough great things about The Accident Guys. They went above and beyond in my case-- especially when I got a new case manager (Lucille Batoctoy)!! Prior to Lucille, my updates were few and far. Once Lucille tookover, I recieved regular updates, and she even helped me get an appropriate amount for the car rental (separate from the settlement). Because of the delay in car parts and fixing the car, my rental car bill was north of $8K. The other car insurance company only reimbursed $1200 on the first check. Once I let my case manager know, she issued a demand to pay to them, and then they issued another check of $4500. Lucille let me know that it's not something they usually do since it's separate from the settlement, but I'm glad they were able to help me with that because I really had no one else to turn to, and I didn't know how to handle it myself. It wasn't enough to cover the entire car rental, but it was good enough for me because I didn't want to go through another headache. Afterwards, I had the best experience with the attorney who worked on my case, Carlos Bocanegra. I had frequent phone and email updates from him. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and he NEVER made me feel like I was bothering him with all my 2nd grade level questions. I really appreciated that. I felt like I was taken care of, and not just another transaction. The settlement that I was recieved went far above my expectations and the care and love they put into my case was just the cherry on top. I would recommend The Accident Guys to anyone and everyone who's been involved in a car accident. You really won't regret it!
