We needed someone to help with an eviction. We had squatters that we were not able to get out for over 9 months. Then we hired Mr. Studer. After he was hired, we ended up having a new inexperienced judge too. Mr. Studer was able to get the inexperienced judge to fix an error without telling the judge that she was initially wrong.
