This is my second time using the Stanley Franklin law firm and I cannot explain how amazing these attorneys are. In my first case I was wowed, but this case just blew me away. The accident does not look so bad, but I was hit at a really heavy speed and my Tesla really held up on the freeway. I had a pre-existing condition from my other accident and the Franklin law firm took from what I dealt with in the other accident and argued why my conditon was even worse in this accident. We went to court, they proved my case and we got an amazing settlement for my case. So good to be in the hands of such amazing lawyers. Trust them, they will get you every penny they can!

Where do I even start. I am so glad me and my family found Franklin and Franklin law firm the day of our accident that happened in the freeway I was so stressed after the incident due to be concerned about my whole family but most of all my little girl who is medically fragile who could not tell me if or where is hurt when I first called the firm Mrs Franklin answered and was very welcoming and concerned as her being a mother herself. I will never forget how sweet she was on that call and how she spoke to me. Her sons Danny and Josh done a great job handling our case. Danny is who always called to communicate everything that was going on again I say they did an amazing job and got my family an extremely nice payout. When we met Danny finally in person it was good to put face to voice and she was very sweet and welcoming in person to me and my family as well. Got into a traumatic car crash on the month of May, 2023 when I was turning on a left hand lane and a driver sped through a red light T Boning my newly bought Nissan which in turned ended up a total loss. I was recommended Danny to represent me and within the first few days I was already receiving treatments from a chiropractor and going in for more diagnostics to better assess and help my injuries sustained, which once again Danny and his brother were on the case what seemed day in and day out to quickly resolve it. For the last bit of the process Danny had suggested for me to receive prp injections in accordance with my injuries as I had tears in my knees and shoulders with back pain but I was quite hesitant at that time because the pain would subside for a while and felt I had no need for them but little did I know after about a year of waiting on my part and putting them off, around mid 2024 it seemed the pain from my neck to my shoulders and knees returned and sure enough, Danny (bless his soul) had not yet closed my case and that same week I was getting appointments to proceed with the injections which after receiving them feeling like I had brand new knees, shoulders and ultimately having little to no pain in all areas! Needless to say I should have listened to Danny when he told me too and am beyond grateful for how long he waited because we did end up settling for a $100,000 check and most definitely had I not listened and gave him the final say to close the case on what we had, quite frankly I wouldn't have received as much. This is a family ran business and it clearly shows they love doing what they do also know exactly what to do and most importantly they love to help others, I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out!
