For a law firm with billboards advertising for new clients I would think they'd fix their land line that doesn't connect and drops calls and have intake coordinators ready to speak to callers with possible new cases. Had to call 800 number 6 times for call to actually ring. Made sure it wasn't my phone reset it and dialed other numbers it connected fine. Told receptionist something may be wrong with their phones she didn't seem to care. I was transferred to a voicemail. I don't wanna leave a voicemail. I want to speak to someone. There's only one intake specialist/coordinator that I can't speak to. I can only imagine if they took my case and I needed to get a hold of them.

Once they had my case, I rarely heard from them. I remember calling Zareh and few times and instead of "hello" he would say "who is this" Zareh also didn't want to file in court and said my case would not be worth it and he's just doing me a favor. In the end result, his firm made 28K off my case, I don't see that as his firm "making nothing"

It's very nice of them to offer to represebt a class of clainants, but I've called them 4x to tell them their pdf file is defective and I'm still without a retainer. Therefore, I'm still not a client. I hope they're better atty's than administrators.
