Would Not recommend. I spoke with Rex on a Friday never head from him back. During our phone call he was not helpful, didn't have real answers to my questions. Rex Said: I don't think you can afford my rate of $400 an hour. If Rex Phillips calls you, request another attorney. When you hire an attorney to sue your last attorney. When A potential new firm might come with more toxic traits. I select this firm hoping for diversity. I found silence. When you give them 5 starts so you stay on top of the algorithm.
