I found this office originally by chance as my mother lives in Leisure World and was involved in an accident where she got ran over by a 90-something year old woman in a motorized scooter in the pharmacy. That was certainly not a fun experience for my mom and she was quite badly injured on top of already existing injuries. Mr. Allmeroth, throughout the process of dealing with a very greedy insurance company which I won't name, did an extremely thorough and detailed job going through each and every part of the case including extensive medical reports and other medical documentation. He was very kind, courteous, and upfront about how insurance companies (such as the one we dealt with) work and how he will continue to do his best even though the insurance company many times tried to push back and would miss their own self-imposed deadlines for answers. He would always follow-up and check on where the case was. He communicated with both my mother and I (with permission, of course) to help both expedite the case as well as get the maximum recovery he could. He was able to negotiate with again, a very greedy company, multiple times to where the recovery we saw was much more than I expected to see from this insurance company. He was able to properly convince the insurance company that both new injuries took place and old injuries were exacerbated. This was complicated but Mr. Allmeroth was able to fight for my mom. He even went to my mom's home personally a few times as it was harder for her to go out due to both injuries from this accident and pre-existing injuries (plus, a lot of this happened during COVID which made everything harder) but he did a great job through the end. Highly recommended. Just call him and get a consultation and you'll likely feel comfortable from the beginning as we did. :)
