Jeff Allen represented my husband in an elder abuse case. My husband's 98 year old aunt had her homes and money stolen by a neighbor. My husband, as sole heir, was initially told he had no case. But when Jeff saw our evidence he knew something was wrong. He discovered that not only was the neighbor involved but also a financial planner and others. Final award was $2.1 million. Jeff was completely professional, thorough and kept us informed through the entire process. I highly recommend Jeff and will obviously hire him again if needed in the future.

Mr. Allen is very patient, understanding, and knowledge in his practice of trust and real estate litigation. My brother and I came to him when a dispute arose over a trust and a property after our mother's death, and Mr. Allen's litigation and support staff took care of the whole thing. After reading the negative review from a Tara Wood on this site, I feel compelled to repound to this completely false picture of Jeffery Allen. Jeff and I worked together on a very complicated and difficult elder abuse case for over a year in which we finally prevailed in being awarded a substantial settlement. As the plaintive in this case, and without exception, I found Jeffery Allen to be professional, attentive, honest is his opinions, instantly available, and the most efficient attorney that I have had the pleasure of working with in all my years of working with other attorneys. ( I am 80 Years Old). He lives in California and I in Washington State, and my only regret is that he doesn't live here. I can only think that Tara Wood blogged the wrong attorney.
