I would like to share my good experience with Olan Law. I have been affected by the January 7th LA fires. It was recommended that I consult with Sharon at Olan Law. She was very honest, knowledgeable and kind at a very difficult time in my life. I'm glad to have been referred to them. They are Very trustworthy.

Of all attorneys ever dealt with, this is the worst. I pulled the medical records they used as a basis of slander and zero % of it is accurate. They literally work for the other side, failed to do basic legwork that would allow another attorney to take over, never turned over key documents when no longer representing me, claimed it was "digital" but said digital documents were never sent to me. I literally never had a client meeting until the day of the deposition. If I were better medically, I, I would have switched firms from the get-go, but the thing is the insurance company bragged that they could "get away with this" and they did. Olan law reached out to me, not the other way around, and pretended to be a referral of a friend that I was waiting on (called from a burner number--I pulled my phone records and called every number--only the "one" done by said intern). Their own employees/contractors said "it appears that they were working for the other side and was very unusual/unethical". Avoid. I am now permanently disabled from the same accident that they disastrously botched investigating. When a key witness was not available, they never tried to get the other alternate owners or other employees who were there and still working there and were witnesses, also tried to discredit my witness for "not knowing me enough" but only contacting them 2 weeks from trial, when a total stranger who did not know me at all would have been sufficient. Never sent to medical experts on my behalf, never investigated said faulty equipment, always made excuses, for every 5-8 calls (6 on average), and emails I made, I received a response, couldn't do basic address updating either. I went through huge hardship unnecessarily. I didn't get to speak to a licensed attorney or meet Olan until day of depo, which was unusual not filmed and contained controversial and unethical conversations.

When no one would take my case because they knew if would be difficult and might not result in a "good" settlement a friend told me to call David Olan and I can't say enough or give enough stars to everyone who worked on my case at Olan Law. I had a horrible accident in 2021 and even though the company claimed bankruptcy, David and Garrett Brief continued to fight for me. We FINALLY were able to settle (4 years later) and I am so grateful to them.
