I had talked to several other lawyers in the area, it seemed nobody would take the time to listen to my very long and boring story about how my injury happened and where I am now 5 years later. I setup a free consultation and signed up the next day after I thought it over. I have never sued anyone in my life so the whole thing was kind of scary to me. At this point though, I have no choice, I feel the insurance company is being dishonest with me. Best people in town if you are injured at work. I called about 5 firms and none of them would take my case because of some nonsense about me not reporting my injury in time. Not these guys, they took my case and ran with it like pros. Very aggressive, I would suggest you call if you want an aggressive lawyer who does not want it handed to him or her on a platter.

Best decision I made was to get a workers compensation lawyer to help me with my case, Second best decision was to hire a lawyer from this group. Everything went as well as I think you could expect considering I was dealing with a greedy insurance company. My lawyer was very aggressive, which I liked and kind and honest to me. Unrealistic expectation were not put in my head so when things settled I felt I received what was fair.

After my case was denied and hit the phones to find a good workers comp lawyer to help me with my case. I called around and spoke with several firms and nobody seemed to want to take a denied case but these guys did. They did get my case accepted and I see a long road ahead but for now I wanted to leave this review for you folks who might be frustrated because nobody will take your denied claim. I know I was.
