The Traut Firm and specifically, James Traut and Chris Emerson have been exceptional representation. They are extremely responsive and detailed and are extremely thorough. I never end a call or a conversation by email with questions unanswered. Could not have asked for a better firm.

I had a really bad slip and fall a couple of years ago and had hired another firm who worked on my case for months. I have numerous injuries from this accident, some permanent and I am still receiving treatment. I thought it would be helpful to those out there looking for an attorney to hear from someone who hasn't had their case settle yet, so it's not like I got a settlement I was thrilled with so now I'm leaving a good review that could be skewed that direction, etc. When I was with my previous firm, I was not happy. People were unresponsive and dispassionate, and I felt like I was an employee beholden to the firm. So, I called Jim Traut, I explained my situation to him and my frustrations and that I wanted to switch attorneys if he felt comfortable taking me on as a client. I sent him over my files to review, and he offered me representation that same day and handled the transfer himself. You need to know that this is a very busy firm, and we as clients sometimes like to feel as if we are the only client on their docket. The Traut Firm has been so wonderful to me and has gone above and beyond to this point in my journey with them. I have had every need addressed, and every recommendation and request considered, explored, and honored. I've had so much peace of mind since signing with them 10 months ago and they have shown me nothing but respect and due diligence. As I said, it's a very busy firm, they vet the cases they take very carefully because of the investment of their effort, money, and time.
