I never make any reviews but I had to leave one for my moms attorney. Him and his staff have been honestly really helpful. Although it was a frustrating process they helped my mom and I understand the workers compensation system and my mom got a great compensation. Thank you John!

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Their customer service SUCKS and they are RUDE people. I have been calling for a MONTH and no one EVER returns my calls. Even went there personally and they are never there. The ladies are just plain mean they answered rudely to my mother when she called regarding some come checks from the settlement that NEVER CAME IN!! They will keep you on hold for god knows how long they can keep you and hang up on you while you wait. And good luck on trting to make an appt bc guess what? THE REPRESENTATIVE IS NEVER THERE! if i can give them negative stars id send them to oblivion! Thanks to them we got SCREWED

DON'T come to this "attorney". Lawyer Gerald John Jansen has over 11 felony charges pending with the Superior Court of Orange County. His charges range from, False or fraudulent claims, solicitation, acceptance or referral of business, ENH-Aggravated white collar crime over $500k, Fraudulent Insurance Benefits Claim, and Conspire to commit a crime. This is all public information on the Superior Court of Orange County website. His case number is 22CF0187. Look him up yourself by searching his name on calbar.ca.gov. His team is highly unprofessional, and they will try and charge you thousands of dollars in fees for workers' compensation cases (any other lawyer will tell you that you don't have to pay worker's compensation lawyers unless they win the case in your favor). You never even meet the guy. They don't actually listen to your situation and file your case with the INCORRECT information. Their staff is LOST. STAY AWAY from this place. This entire place is corrupt to the core. Do your research when looking for a lawyer.
