My experience with this law firm has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was almost nonexistent. I was passed from case manager to case manager with no continuity, no accountability, and no one who seemed to actually understand or follow my case. Every time I reached out, I felt like I was just being given the runaround -- vague answers, delayed responses, and eventually no response at all. Because of this lack of organization and professionalism, my case never reached a resolution. It is now stuck in limbo, and I'm left without answers or closure. I trusted them to handle something important, but instead I was left feeling ignored, unsupported, and completely forgotten as a client. After being unable to get ahold of anyone for updates or direction, I no longer have confidence in this firm. I would not recommend them to anyone who expects commitment, communication, or follow-through.

I changed lawyers because my other lawyer didn't respond to me. These guys were great. They were helping me every time i needed it. Use them if you want someone who cares.

I had a great experience working with this law firm. From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, always kept me updated on the status of my case, and were quick to respond to any questions I had. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared about my situation. I never felt like just another case--they treated me with respect and took the time to really listen. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, everything was resolved smoothly and in my favor. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of legal assistance. They truly go above and beyond for their clients!

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm not sure if half of these people on here are real. But my real experience was not a good one. I had a serious work place injury and after looking at the reviews I hired this law office. In the two years I had with this law firm, I had nothing but trouble. My disability benefits were stopped, my physical therapy was stopped. Every time I called the office to speak with my case manager I had a different one, and not one could tell me what was going on with my case. I have emails from where I had to email another office to have them get back to me. And for those that say Rae spoke with them, that is not believable. One of the many case managers admitted to me that they were barely able to talk with her, and to have a meeting with her would not be possible. I have emails and texts from this office that show my frustration. The last straw was when I got a call from Austin. He called me to let me know about a low ball offer settlement the insurance had sent, which I had previously rejected, I told Austin I was not interested in settling just yet and that my concerns from my injury were not met, he basically told me that was the best I was going to get and to take it because they were not going to get more. When I asked Austin what am I supposed to do for work since I can't return to my normal work he made an absurd comment about working some where knowing I could not do that type of work due to my injury. The following week I dismissed them and they sent me a letter trying to have me pay them $100,000 for doing absolutely nothing. If you take the time to read this please do yourself a favor and do not hire this office.
