When I first met with Mike, he was very kind, thoughtful, and quickly likable. My then-husband at the time thought we should retain an attorney for a home purchase in Berkeley. We were already in escrow, and the inspections of the house I was informed, were comprehensive and we had signed the documents agreeing to purchase. Long and short of it there was a non-disclosure that, according to Michael, after finally hearing about it from my ex, was nonnegotiable and within two days got us out of escrow and recouped our entire deposit. I have not had much experience with Attorneys, above all seasoned litigants, but Mike is the best there is.
