I cannot stress enough how disappointing and frustrating my family's experience with the Law Offices of Michael James Callon has been. I witnessed firsthand the neglect and disregard shown by any contact point. Here are a few key points from her experience: Irresponsible: The lack of responsibility and accountability was shocking. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in legal matters where precision and timeliness are critical. Baffling: The overall attitude of the staff and lawyers was as if my mother was bothering them by seeking updates and information about her own case. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident in almost every interaction. Inactive: Despite multiple requests and reminders, there was a clear lack of initiative and action on her case. It often felt like they were waiting for her to remind them to do their job. Honestly, I would urge anyone considering their services to think twice. Being self-represented is likely a better option than dealing with the incompetence and lack of concern shown by this office. This experience has been so appalling that it has partly motivated me to consider becoming a lawyer myself lol, just to ensure that others don't have to go through what my family member did. It's unfortunate that any potential talent in this office is overshadowed by the sheer volume of cases and the evident overworking of their lawyers. There are far better options out there for legal representation - I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Simply put, the worst bunch of jokers that call themselves lawyers. They are too busy joking around in the office to properly handle a case. Evidence I emailed them to present in court alokg with videos were never presented in court! This caused me to lose what a case that lasted a few years. as if that was not enough Christine accused me of tampering with phone records. She challenged me to prove her wrong when I said they never called me to notify me of my court date and says to send her my call records I immediately send her the call history on my phone and her response was that I must have tampered with the calls. She says they have 5 different numbers they were calling me from. I must ask, if I don't know the numbers that they called me from, how was I able to delete them? Do not give them your money, you will regret it. Take it from me, seek elsewhere. If you have already started a case with them as your attorneys, get rid of them asap.

Stay away from these liars. They will take your money, throw your case and lie about it to your face. They had evidence to present by a certain date on my behalf and failed to meet the deadline. The craziest part was that when I asked them why they didn't send it Christine said she did send it but the other attorney most likely lied and judges don't care if the deadlines are met. I read the transcripts and the evidence was never presented in court. I paid 10K and spent 2 years going to every appearance and on the last appearance they switched my attorney to some Melvin who Christine says doesn't know how to text message because he is too old, but somehow he texted Christine that I didn't show up to court. I was at every court appearance because they would notify me but on the day of the hearing I had no calls, no texts, no emails. No defense was put up by this legal team. Again stay away from this law firm, they're a joke and will steal from you.

Me and my husband are so greatful with Michael Fallon and his team .. my husband got to get full custody of his son after 3 years of not seeing we are really happy with their service and fully recommend them with their job ... thank you
