I was so glad I consulted with Paul Lee on a complex issue that I was having with the owners of a property that I rent. Paul's expertise far exceeded anything I had found by Googling, reviewing California State landlord-tenant laws, or asking questions of landlord-tenant attorneys on the Internet.
