Tyler Saldo has been an excellent lawyer and our champion for my mother's probate case. Very thorough and meticulous! I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I scheduled a consultation to discuss serious and complex concerns I've been having with my trustee. Before we even had a chance to fully go over the situation, the attorney took it upon himself to call my trustee directly -- without my permission and without fully understanding the scope of the issue. Not only was this completely inappropriate and premature, but it also made my trustee aware that I was seeking legal counsel, which has now complicated my position significantly. I expected our consultation to be confidential, and instead the attorney acted unilaterally and potentially jeopardized my ability to resolve the matter privately or strategically. If you're looking for an attorney who will listen carefully, respect client confidentiality, and act only with your informed consent, I would strongly caution you to look elsewhere.
