Spatafore and Grant got me treatment for a work injury right away. I am beyond pleased with the work and services they have provided for me. I hired them a little over a year ago. I hired a different attorney shortly after my work injury, one acknowledged by my previous employer, that attorney, after five years never once got me to see any Doctor, no treatment. So finally I changed and hired Spatafore and Grant. The insurance company continued to deny treatment even after excepting as a work injury. The Insurance company would do nothing. It did take them some time to navigate a very messed up work comp system, but they did it. The insurance company co refused to cooperate with anything, so Spatafore and Grant took them to court and finally, after a Judges order they got me the back owed work comp payments of two years for the time I missed from work injury. That is something my previous attorney never even attempted to do, all they did was "Smoke Screen" for the ins Co. These folks did it. They fought hard for me at every turn and have succeeded. If you have a genuine work injury and your employer or Ins Co is not doing what they are supposed to be doing, these attorneys are who you need to hire.
