The worst law enforcement agency on the planet. Straight up romper room on our tax dollars. Can't solve real crime even when cases are dropped on their laps! Eric Dobroth and Dan Dow are useless. Touting Marcys law while re-victimizing their Citizens. Charging the innocent with crimes that don't stick, making them pay tens of thousands of dollars defending themselves while they let real criminals go free! An absolute joke of justice!

Chose to prosecute me for trespassing when the property owner decided to not press charges, then forgot to tell me that they were prosecuting me and sent me letters asking for 650$ from a separate company. Had I not done my own research I would have never known about the charges until I missed my court date. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

SLO county manipulates conviction rates by offering criminals plea deals they can't refuse... DDAs drop most of their charges for a guilty plea in exchange for extension of probation. This looks like a conviction on paper and social media for the DAs office but is very dangerous and a disservice to the community and victims!! Do better Dan Dow you're not living up to your mission statement or your campaign promise

So three camera angles and at least three eyewitnesses to assault and battery is not enough evidence to charge someone? Did you watch the videos and talk to the witnesses? Isn't that your job? What on earth is wrong with you?! You prosecute people for victimless crimes all the time!! Maybe you should pay attention to the crimes that actually have victims!!! Do better for your citizens!

Scott Hunter took over my case, I was physically abused on several occasions, my ex husband was arrested and the case was extended out for a year. My ex has prior convictions in another relationship and has proven to be the aggressor. Scott Hunter dropped all charges and didn't even offer anger management. I don't understand why. I believe the Judges to be fair, here's hoping the restraining order stays in place.
