Avoid. I made an apt, drove 45min after a long day of work to make the appointment on time, and when I got there, there was nobody there but the receptionist and shes got an answer for everything. They'll lie right to your face like you're an idiot. So the guy i was supposed to consult with, Christopher, had a "family emergency" and had to leave the office, but they didn't bother to call his appointment and let me know. They just let me keep driving till i showed up and Brandy, the receptionist, looked like she saw a ghost. She started scrambling looking for people to consult with me. "Okay, she says, let's figure this out." And she starts cold calling people to do this consult with me. Finally she gets ahold of someone who is working from home and they put me in one of their conference rooms with a zoom setup, which took this girl at least 15 minutes to set up and I frankly, could have done that from home. I was incredulous. Zoom? I drove forty five minutes for a Zoom? I didn't need to drive to a Zoom. I won't rattle off other lies and nonsense they told me about why the guy wasn't there- if he left, you call his appointments right away and no, you weren't on the phone with an insurance agent, and I heard you apologizing to that person too. Utterly irresponsible. Save yourself the headache and go to someone that respects you and your time.
