Don't even waste your time calling them. I called them 3 times on the space of 3 weeks. Every time they'd say that a lawyer wasn't available; which is understandable, then said that they'd get back to me but didn't do it. On every single one of these calls, I'd have to explain my case all over again; realizing that no one was actually writing this down. My last call with them, I told them that it was fine if they were not interested but they should let me know so I wouldn't waste my time. They told me not to worry and scheduled a phone appointment. Same appointment which I was asked to confirm TWICE. The time of the appointment comes, no phone call. 40 minutes later I text the secretary asking what's going on. They tried fixing it by sending an email sending I didn't respond to the phone call when they reached out. After waiting for 40 minutes I was obviously not going to answer to them. I would be constantly worried if their law firm took my case, because if this is how hard it is for them to be professional just to schedule an appointment with a possible client, I can't even imagine when it comes to dealing with immigration cases.
