Horrible... doesn't even deserve 1 star. Receptionist is VERY rude & unprofessional, and should be fired! Mr. Gonsalves is non-responsive to estate beneficiaries. Actually never even notified any of the beneficiaries he was representing the estate. And clearly isn't providing proper legal advice to the trustee about having to keep beneficiaries informed & that is required to provide financial & asset information to the beneficiaries, as required by law. This guy should have his license revoked!!
