I am highly impressed with this powerful duo. I reached out to their office in August requesting a Domestic Partnership dissolution. As my case had many layers, Dorothy and Matt divided and conquered all of it. They were on top of every detail; walking me through the legal terminology, helping me gather the necessary information, comforting me as I literally cried in their office, and understanding my ups and downs throughout all of this. Matt worked tirelessly on settlement offers. He sent emails and made calls all day into the late night and he would show up to court early to discuss settlement before the hearing began. He explained every aspect of the financials in ways I could best understand, and I felt more in control of my situation thanks to him. Dorothy is a powerhouse you want on your side. This wonderful woman owns the courtroom and she was able to get me immediate access back to my property and I now have full ownership of my dogs. I could not have asked for more and I had to hug her after the hearing! I have been a nurse for a long time. What I say about the new nurses is you can teach efficiency and proficiency but you can't teach someone to have good bedside manner. While Dorothy and Matt are extremely proficient and efficient at their jobs, they also have true compassion for their clients, and that can't be taught. After 2 and 1/2 years of calls trying to find the attorney for me, I reached Matt! He was not dismissive, distant, arguementive or arrogant. He was a listener, I could tell he was present, connecting with every issue, very professional/detailed with the Legal Information I needed. There was a balance with our conversation I could feel a hint of empathy. Its been a Journey.

Unfortunately, I had to give one star because zero was not an option. Very dismissive and condescending. I spent about 10k and haven't gotten anywhere, only to be told to find another lawyer closer to the court house, even though I live in this county. I'm literally exactly where I started just short a bunch of money. Went in to my last appointment set up only to be questioned at the door and looked at like I showed up unexpectedly. Overall, very bad experience. Didnt feel like I had any support or answers and was only reached out to when money was in play. Other then that, I had the worst experience of my life with this lawyer. Just not worth it.
