Kelly came in at a time where I needed immediate assistance after being blindsided in court. She took time to really listen and understand my case. There were times where I felt she was being too amenable with the other party but it's because she was doing her due diligence to assure I was getting the best outcome- in which I did. It wasn't what I initially asked for, but I don't think it could have went any better! In a child custody case, both parents will have their demands; Kelly was really good at centering our child to assure we were doing our best by her. If that isn't a damn good lawyer, you tell me what is. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer that will get that job done without wasting your time or money.

Within a few months, she helped me settle my case. I regained custody, cleared my name of all kinds of horrible and unfair accusations generated by opposing council, and I have some life back. While I'm still awaiting my custody hearing, I couldn't have even begun to navigate what to do after being blindsided by a custody summons if it wasn't for Kelly's help in the matter. My biggest mistake was choosing her!, after having an accusations of sexual abuse against my family that was unfounded, you did nothing! over 30,000$ in the garbage. This couldn't make me lose custody, if I would've looked for all my evidence on my own she only fielded for me and did not appeal, and lost significant time with my son because nobody objected anything. With full representation that what's what she offered!

You took my case to court and if you want I'll put the case number so you can see that it's real. For a simple divorce case, she charged me more than 15,000 because when she saw that I had to sell the house, she continued charging like crazy and even 4 years later she even put me in collections because she says that I still owe her almost 2,000. She is the worst lawyer you can get and in my case it seemed like she was against me. She didn't get me anything she promised and all she did was fill out papers, a total fraud. You can write whatever you want, that's what happened whether you like it or not, because you didn't do anything to fix anything.
