Ratto Law deserves more than five stars. I didn't know what to expect when I first had a consultation with my attorney Richard. My guard was high since I had already spoken to other attorneys who were quite unprofessional. Mr. Petrow easily broke through those barriers and reassured me that I was doing the right thing and that he would be able to help me. No one can predict the outcome of anything, but no matter how things turned out, I was happy to know that I had Richard on my side throughout everything. I felt so alone and afraid until I spoke with Richard. He was the first attorney to actually listen to me and explain things in a way I can understand. He is very professional, knowledgeable, fierce, experienced, and compassionate. He always knew what was going on with my case and kept me updated every step of the way; I was never left hanging. If I could go back in time, I would call Ratto Law Firm first and hire them immediately. If I'm ever in this position again, I will not hesitate to work with him. I highly recommend Richard and the entire team.

Be aware off these attorneys they are of no help when you need to get a hold of them. Attorney Francisco Moreno never returns your call or gets back to you concerning your case status. When you call the office give you the run around transfer you to one person after another to get nowhere.

Don't take your case to this place. You'll regret it later! Angelina Soberanis used to work here.She was the best in responding to emails and calling back. But now it's been almost a year someone replaced her by name of Judith and she never gets back to your emails it's been 10 months and she never call back when I left her like 30+ voice mails...and she just doesn't help you out. So please stay away from this place. They will help you for first couple of months and then they don't care about you no more!!!!

Not a good firm. Don't know how to call back if you have questions. Don't hire this firm. Case outcome THUMB's DOWN.The lawyer don't even know how to call you if he says he will call you? It will take days or week! What the heck is that! If there will be lowest than 1 star,that I will give to them. Don't even deserve a one star.
