Client
Stay away from Mitchell Law Firm. They are all liars, cheats and thieves. Mitchell Law Firm keeps their clients in the dark. They use their clients to do the work for them, because they are incompetent in basic tasks, and turn around and charge the client for the work the client provided via "advanced costs". They make BIG mistakes, blame them on innocent parties and theses mistakes have HUGE negative impacts on their client's outcome. But they don't care because they get their payout no matter what. Mitchell Law Firm hires "experts" to review incomplete documentation. Then they'll hire them to do the same work over the same documentation, charging their clients each time. These "experts" costs hundreds to thousands of dollars each time. They pay these "experts" with "advanced costs". They charge the client even if the expert doesn't cash the check due to their mistakes yet they charge the client. All the while Mitchell Law Firm knew the case wouldn't go to trial because it would be resolved in mitigation. It's just another rouse to obtain more money via "advanced costs" from the client. Mitchell Law Firm is a master manipulator. The firm bounces clients from person to person each time they ask the client to contact them without informing the client AND they charge the client for the phone call. Mitchell Law Firm either doesn't retain the client's information all in one location or they lie because clients have to repeat their story over and over wasting everyone's time. Or is it a waste of time? Appears to be another great tactic to obtain more money via "advanced costs". Mitchell Law Firm doesn't keep their clients informed on what they are doing and why. They will lie and promise to help provide guidance then turn around and say they can't do that once they are hired. Don't ask Mitchell Law Firm how settlement works because they won't tell you. If you ask more than once, then they'll state they already told you when they didn't . They will continue to avoid questions surrounding settlement, informing clients that one would find out at settlement. Why would they want clients to know they'll take 50%+ of settlement. Oh, and don't think they're going to help during settlement negotiate negotiations. They already have a number that will make them money and don't care if their clients get anything out of it, which is really odd because the client is the injured party. They hardly did any work but received a huge payout. Once settlement is over, Mitchell Law Firm is done with their client. They will send a distribution of settlement notice when they feel like it accompanied by a mean and nasty letter. Any attempts to contact them after settlement will be met with harassment, being the blunt end of jokes before they hang up. The world to be a better place without the Mitchell Law Firm.
