Awful customer service! He represented me for my traffic citation case. Didn't ask a single question regarding the case or what results I was hoping for. When I emailed him to follow up, he never replied. One week passed, I called him to ask what's going on, he said he'll go to court for me on certain date. I thanked him, he still didn't ask anything. On the morning (around 8:30 am) of the court, he called me on my cell phone. I missed his call. He left me a voice mail regarding what my wishes were. I was able to call him back shortly after, but he didn't pick up. I left him a voice mail stating what my wishes were. Didn't hear from him again until a week later until I received his letter saying I need to pay for my citation. Basically he didn't do anything for me! I won't recommend him at all!!
Not very helpful for me, they kinda put us off.
