Do NOT go to David Bonemeyer, my mom has been fighting a workers comp case since October of 2019 and they still have reached absolutely no resolution. They have made her go through 3 separate evaluations each time noting more damage to her body and yet no talk of settlement. They claim it's because the other lawyer doesn't respond, but they aren't doing anything to get them to respond. My mom is always the one having to reach out and ask for updates and most of the time they have no idea what's happening with her case. They recently told her that she's asking for "too much" when she has a 40% disability. Seems they are putting in 0 effort to help her and it is extremely disheartening because at this point she can't even change her lawyer.
