I was calling attorney employment offices for consultation and advice on an employment question I had. To my surprise an actual attorney, Mr. Daniel Menendez, Esq. answered my phone call! I had called 3 other offices before I reached out to Mr. Menendez's office. When calling all other offices I could only talk to the office/intake administrator who then would take down my information and ensured an attorney would call me back in a day or two. Instead of setting up a time to talk and a consultation fee, Mr. Menendez SO SO kindly answered my somewhat simple question over the phone - at NO fee -. The other offices were asking $250 - $300 dollars consultation fee to speak with an attorney. I was so thankful for Mr. Mendez's time. He seemed very reasonable, very down to earth and honest.
