This law firm should be subjected to an in-depth investigation. I am warning you NOT to go with them. My experience was horrible. First, they lost the forms I signed with their rep who came to my door. No one knew his correct name but the excuse was he had family issues, even though they didn't know who it was. Then, a doctor's office called me notifying me that I had been accepted on a lien basis and a confirmation email was sent from the BDJ Law Firm. I made the appointment for the following week and paid an Uber to get me there. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me my appointment had been cancelled by the case manager of BDJ. I was not notified. The newly assigned case manager was rude from the moment she mispronounced my name. She was aggressive with a disgust and impatience in her voice. She lied throughout the conversation repeating in a slow, condescending voice that no one from BDJ had even contacted a doctor on my behalf. But in the end, the doctor's office countered with the email as the evidence. I am only mentioning a limited amount of information but must highlight the fact that BDJ severely mishandled my case and caused me psychological distress. This firm is known as a mill attorneys with a high turnover rate of clientele. Those are the ones you do not want to represent you. They are dishonest and value trickery. I was yelled at, argued with, placed on hold over an hour, lied to and my case neglected. I discharged them quickly. The excellent attorneys handle themselves with poise and integrity. They genuinely show they want to provide you with the finest quality of service and it is that professionalism that mirrors their individual selves which highlights their law firm as a Team. Once I discharged BDJ, my family stepped in and quickly located one of the finest firms in the state of California to represent me.

Do not hire this firm! They are a setttlment mill. I haven't once talked to an attorney. Only Case managers. I text them to take the necessary steps to terminate my relationship. They never got back to me. Then some called me, I once again told them I wanted to terminate the relationship. They said the lawyer would call and never got a response. I haven't heard anything related to my case since speaking with the intake interview. I finally called the other parties insurance to see if anyone had even contacted them about the accident. I was told they coulden't talk to me about it and to speak with my attorney. I don't even know who it is supposed to be.

They handled my personal injury case for a motor vehicle accident. It took 16 months for the entire process. I was always in touch with the lawyer's assistant but they never connected me with the actual lawyer. They never updated me on how the case was going, I would always be the one to reach out to get an update. The assistant who handled my case was always really quick to hang up the phone when I wasn't even done asking questions. The only time they ever reached out to me first was when someone with the same first name as me left a bad review on their website (it wasn't even me). I think they need to be better at communicating with their customers. They also didn't seem to have my best interests in mind. If you have time and a few extra brain cells to spare then hire them, but I would recommend another personal injury lawyer instead.

they take too long to handle you settlements. not very clear when it comes to timelines either. would not recommend nor use again. plus their assistance are super rude. they almost want to hang up on you rather than help. I would go else where.
