Wow. Just watched the netflix documentary about the alpine meadows avalanche and what was clear to me is how apathetic walter walker was as an ambulance lawyer trying to take advantage of a true act of mother nature. Why were the nelsons walking around outside when all of the other residents were in doors due to highly dangerous weather conditions. And why would they venture out with a child? I feel for jim and lanny and the rest of the survivors for they were put through such a hard trial that should have never happen except for walter. Watch the documentary "buried" and you will see what i mean.

my mother case was not a easy one to win the senior attorney never once called to let my mother know that she was in good hands or anything. very rude and disrespectful if you don't have a easy case or "slam dunk" as he put it then I don't recommend his firm he has been doing this 35 years

Very good to work with. Very efficient. Very aggressive with a very reasonable approach. Very consistent dialogue and communication as to the process and progress. They made a very stressful situation much more tolerable and almost enjoyable...if that's possible. Definitely a group of attorneys you want on your side.
