Stay away from this attorney. I paid Alex Tovarian $6,000 and got incomplete filings, weeks of ignored messages, and outright threats when I asked questions. He billed 30 minutes to submit a one-page form, 1.3 hours to review country conditions after I'd already fired him, charged me twice for the same scheduling order, and even billed for a "free consultation." His staff -- who aren't licensed attorneys -- gave me false legal advice that could've ruined my case. When I pushed back, he literally threatened to increase the charges. This wasn't just unprofessional -- it was reckless and abusive. I'm happy to share more if needed -- but this should already be a red flag.

I do not recommend this person to anyone. He will take your money and do nothing, and then when you want your money back, he won't give it to you.

Alex is professional lawyer and great guy in general. Even though this industry is very formal, actually Alex was super casual and nice to me, made me feel very comfortable about whole situation I was concerned about. He's super detail oriented. I think I wouldn't be able to get done anything without him. I worked with him and we won. I've heard some many stories about other lawyers thing gone wrong but never heard anything like that about Alex. I'm recommending him to all.
