My experience with this law firm left me very disappointed. I personally experienced repeated communication issues and mistakes that made me lose confidence in their handling of my case. For example, I was mistakenly sent documents that belonged to another client, and my boyfriend was even contacted and incorrectly identified in connection to my accident. In my opinion, these errors showed a lack of care and professionalism. I hope management take this feedback seriously, because clients deserve better.

Robin and his team are great to work with. They have really gone above and beyond for me and my case. We did win this together. I had a T-bone car wreck last year in April- the first accident of this magnitude I've gone through. When looking for support and help from a PI attorney, take a deep breath, write down your questions, and have patience. It's important to know that the process can take some time, and there may be moments of uncertainty and silence. I learned this during this process. Their guidance through this entire process was met with compassion. Out of the 75K won however-- I received a little over 15K which is nothing really. Which has been the most difficult to accept even after a year.
