Last year on September I got hit by a truck in Dolores St, San Francisco. I was driving a rental car from Fair app and also used it to drive for Uber part-time. I was hit as a pedestrian by a car 19 years ago in San Francisco. I am injured and am suffering for life!!! Kuvara recieved one third of liability insurance claim. The chiropractor they sent me to recived one third of the insurance claim. I recived one third totalling about $4,500. The lawyer advised me to not sue the driver stating that they drove a Jeep Cherokee and insinuated they did not have much money. I have constant loud ringing in my head TINNITUS. It is a constant daily reminder of nearly losing my life from being hit by the driver in his JEEP CHEROKEE. I suffer from arthritis, chronic neck and joint pain, and took 10 years to get completely over having horrid panic attacks. I could not work for nearly a year. I had horrid vertigo as well, which still flares up and is always present. I had head injury....I did not think clearly back then. Pure negligence of the lawyer in my opinion who clearly wanted to make some quick money and was not concerned for my life.
