I had to take some time today after my shift to publicly apologize to The Kermani firm. I received some information without fully understanding and I over reacted. My over reaction is due to my current situation as a result of my accident. However I would like to shed some light on how the Kermani team reacted to my over reaction. They didn't respond to my unkind words carelessly. They responded with compassion and understanding. If you want a team to represent you during a personal injury crisis I can only recommend the Kermani team. They are personable. Respectful. Attentive. Professional. They develop a personal relationship with their clients. There network of medical professionals is superior to all. This is unfortunately my third case with them and not only have they met my expectations, they have exceeded them. They have earned my trust and I highly recommend that you reach out to them in the event you have a personal injury crisis. Again I want to sincerely apologize for my behavior and also complement the team on how they explained the information and broke it down in a way that I could understand.
