I reached out seeking representation on a legal matter and Ms. Hersch was quick to respond initially and I offered to share some relevant records and documents to my legal matter to give her more of an idea of my case and then she never responded. I sent a follow up email days later about whether she received the email and if she would consider representing my case and again no response. Other law firms at least sent a denial letter. I feel like essentially "ghosting" a potential client or just anybody seeking legal representation to be a bit unprofessional.

While I would never talk about the details of my case, I will talk about the how the team at Hersh and Hersh Law worked so hard to produce a favorable outcome for me. They took my case without even thinking twice about it and with a strong sense of honor with professionalism and friendliness saw to it that the merits of my case were heard. We had a very unfortunate relationship with an IVF doctor. We also didn't know if we had a case, although it felt like we did. Sometimes right and wrong and legal and illegal don't always match up.
