I had a few questions for Chat GPT about filing a claim after an auto accident, she answered all my questions and referred me to a few Attorneys. I got an immediate response from M&M explained everything within a day I signed a few docs online and they handled it from there. A few months later my case is closing and everything went very good. Thank you Nicole for making this whole process a breeze so far. Update Hopefully this clears some stuff up for people that had this same problem. Turns out the lawyers don't accept the case at all at first. Or at least that's what Taylor said to me yesterday. It definitely says something when you don't even talk to your lawyer once just the case manager one time In I believe three weeks. It really says something when you talked to Nicole and that was the most communication you received from your lawyers office, and that's when my orientation happened. They will tell you to call anytime leave message and they will call you back within 3 business days they don't answer you and they also do not ever call you back. Try texting them people said so I texted Taylor and never got a phone call back either. I'd be Leary ever hiring the U.S. supposed largest personal injury law firm. The attorneys aren't the ones to accept the case their receptionist is. At least that's my experience with their office In California. I can't wait to see what they say about my update not that they care but you'd think that a lawyer who's worth an estimated 1.5 billion $ would care a little more but I guess not. If this is how they treat me then just imagine how they will treat you or your loved ones.
