I contacted the office in regards to a vehicle issue with a dealership. I had contacted about 4 other attorneys and they did not want to take my case. I contacted Paul Mankins office and they took on my case. Initially, it went slow, but my original attorney left the firm. Attorney Joe was assigned my case, and things started moving a lot faster. Speaking to him was easy and he was great to work with. He or his assistant responded quickly to my emails or calls. I felt confident I would get the outcome I was looking for and I did. The final wrap up of my case was a little time consuming, but I'm not sure if that was how things work with the courts or attorneys. I do recommend this office and I'm greatful they were able to help me out!

I'm a disabled veteran but I have to say about three years ago I ask for their help with the 3M case and I won't lie at first I thought it was a scam. But the dedication of the mankin firm is astounding after answering their call a year later of them trying to get ahold of me the dedication and persistence to see right done for this particular case for all vetrans really gave me faith that people out their actually care and we are not just anouther check to anouther firm they were warm and friendly and if any questions I had came up no matter how small or how annoying I may have been they where calm, collected and honest. I'm glad everything worked out for both me and them. I may not speak for every vetran for this case. But my gratitude is beyond what I could show to them. This was why I chose to join the service in the first place to be able to help those who need it and for along time the typical responce to my service was " thank you for your sevice" but the mankin firm went above and beyond for us its not a job it eas taking care of something that alot of us have no concept of thank you mankin firm for stepping up for all veterans and treating us like family you had our six when noone else would! Law office of Paul Mankind since the beginning of my case has kept me informed and updated with everything regarding my case, they put in effort and worked fast as they could.
