I had a major issue with a former employer of mine when they refused to do anything for me I was directed James. He made the process incredibly easy and he was on top of everything. He made the process very easy even though I'm not a very tech savvy type of person it was very simple and straight forward. When there were issues with delays I was able to reach out to him directly and communication between us was very casual like two friends having a nice chat. Even though these legal processes can be very stressful most times and full of anxiety. This was my first ever legal case and James made it a pleasure working with him.
