My case is WC through a self insured employer that terminated me after I was injured, and it has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. The WC doctors in the MPN are inept; one created a new injury during their initial assessment, and when I mentioned it to them they deserted my medical care...4 months later, with zero medical care, and twice refused acupuncture for my back, and the new wc dr injured my other leg! WTHeck!! Are these doctors getting their license in the Cracker Jacks box?! If it doesn't get better soon, I will be looking to change attorneys to this firm. I need an attorney who can handle a disorganized wc company and MPN. The crazy part is that the employer's attorney is actually not bad, it's the medical care that is awful, and finding a good attorney. Chris, from GSWC has been really helpful to me, and I'm not even a client yet.
