As most people will tell you insurance companies are hesitant to give out money, particularly the top end of the uninsured driver's policy amount. After my accident, I worked with Josh Bonnici & Dan Schwender of Bonnici Law Group. I gave them The information about the accident and let them do what they are best at. I was rear-ended by a driver whom it turned out did not have insurance. The end result was that I got the full amount that I was able to thanks to these gentlemen. People make jokes about attorneys all the time, if that's what you were expecting this is not the firm for you. However, if you want to work with professional men and women with honor and integrity who are beyond reproach I can think of no reason why you would not feel completely at ease, putting your legal affairs in the hands of the Bonnici Law Group.

Last year, I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. In the days following that event I debated with myself about whether or not I really needed a lawyer. This was largely because I have a general feeling we are an overly-litigious society. After talking with family members and meeting with Josh, I decided to bring Josh in on my case. As it turned out, the further into the process I got, the happier (and more relieved) I was that I had made that decision. I had very extensive medical bills resulting from the incident, and Josh helped me navigate the process. Ultimately, and most importantly, he negotiated successfully with the representatives of the insurance companies, and my bills and claims were all settled in my favor. In addition, I really didn't have to think too much about all of the insurance issues; I was able to focus on my rehab, which was really the best place for my to spend my energy. Had I been on my own, I do not believe the outcome would have been anywhere near as favorable. Josh and his staff were very pleasant and professional throughout. With their support I was able to recover and make it through what was a very challenging year.

Joshua and his team are a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to reverse Prudential's denial decision on my Disability Claim. I know this would not have happened without their expertise and knowledge and history of working with Insurance Companies. I count my blessings that I just happened to stumble onto their TV commercial several years ago and wrote down their phone number "just in case" things went south with my Disability claim.
