This review is long overdue....I really can't thank Dan, Mark and the rest of there team at Batta Fulkerson enough for helping me and my daughter get the care we needed following our accident. Dan gave me his personal line and consistently reminded me if I needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. I've only heard nightmares from others regarding being taken advantage of from other firms. These guys were honest, compassionate, understanding and completely open about everything from start to finish. The insurance company of the woman that ran her car into the back of mine tried to settle for nothing and fought back...Dan and Mark wouldn't take no for an answer to get the compensation and care I needed. I'm very thankful to have had them in my corner representing me. I highly recommend them!!

Where do I begin, 3 years ago I was in a terrible accident and as I searched for attorney's I was disappointed until I called Batta/Fulkerson.
