My case was closed and settled in just over 6 months, and the settlement $ amount was SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER then Scott Cohen..dba Cohen & Blitz informed me what settlements typically pay in cases like mine!! Scott is a personable gentlemen, but other then that he's not very proactive, wants the client to resolve issues with the assigned doctors if you have any, and I always had to "claw" legal answers and guidance out of him on a regular basis. Simply, Scott Cohen projected a Service Professional who is knowledgeable, minimal communication, and seemingly complacent in his profession after practicing all these years!! He was a referral, but even referrals don't yield positive results in the legal profession!! If you want results in a timely and reasonably manner, without having to "claw" for legal guidance, I would recommend definitiely "PASS" on Cohen & Blitz for legal representation in a Workers Compensation Injury Case!!

I had Robert Blitz as my lawyer for a work injury.. He was kind and very hands on. He was always there when I need him and got me a great settlement in my case. To this day he still sends me a Birthday and Christmas card. I recommend him to anyone who needs someone that will truly fight for you.

If you want to get the best benefits in your case and value due to you, stay far, far away from both of these two individuals. Not only do they make false promises, they can't even speak the truth, which is what will and did badly ruin a case in fact. They will bail on you at the worst time in need and leave you stranded when you are in the need of representation and all of what was promised was never delivered. Beware in your decision if you proceed and don't say you were not given warning.
